Release the ingredients, but try to keep them in the same column so they go down the teleports into the right side of the board.
Once into the right side use stripes and stripe/wrap combos on either side of the board to get them to the bottom.
Save any combos that will clear the way until the ingredient is in the middle column or it will be wasted.
