I just came in to find out the same answer - seems like more and more people are unable to request lives from friends - they get only the "claim offer" or "buy lives" options, but no longer the "ask friends" or even "watch this ad" option. (Remember that? That was a LONG time ago...) But it doesn't seem like anyone's received an answer about it yet...

I have entered a complaint 2 times within a week. Neither one shows up here. My friends list does not appear to ask for lives or tickets. I had to uninstall and reinstall because of your failed update on my android at which time I lost my 70 inboxed lives. Due to this was a failed update why not revert the patch? With this update I can no longer play on my laptop either. It will not load I get to the loading screen and it will not load the actual board itself. Also you can send the +3 moves with this patch with the mobile aps but you cannot use them with the mobile aps. Will this be implemented in the future?

Whoo hoo, thought of giving up on level 158 stayed away for a day and decided to give it one more shot and lo and behold I did it.

I think if you don't get tickets within a certain time frame it should count down and let you play again. I sent a ticket request to a friend, and it wouldn't register that it was me sending it, it was just a blank picture. She sent a ticket anyway and I never got it. Tried three times in a row then gave up.

Hi, I'm on level 132. I've believe that you need to match a wrapped purple candy with a sprinkle bomb and a striped purple candy with a sprinkle bomb to complete. Only problem is my board has NO purple candies on it at all! Any clues why? Please help as cannot complete this level ever! Thanks

This is the second time that I have purchased a further 5 lives to finish off a level and though it says that I have another 5 lives, it doesn't actually give them to me! For those having problems with error# 1007 or 1502 while playing candy crush saga on facebook, here are a few things you can try coz' I did this to my uncles laptop and it worked for us.
1.) Download and install ccleaner.
2.) Click analyze and after it's done analyzing, click Run Cleaner.
3.) Open facebook and play candy crush saga again. :p
This will clear out your browsing history for all browsers you have installed, and also your cache and temp files.
I think the problem is caused by the syncing of data from your gadgets and
your desktop pcs or your laptops. The problem lies in the browsing history and
cache of your laptop or desktop pc.
So just clear your browsing history and it should work fine.
This method won't delete any of your important files on your computer so don't fret.

I have sent numerous request for lives in the last 24 hours, most are not going through to the recipients. When the occasional request goes through I am not receiving the life even though The recipient says they have sent it. Frustrating....any suggestions? My Facebook connection is working.

I had a problem with the game connecting to the Internet. So I deleted and reinstalled. This has worked for me many times. This time after weeks of being stuck on one level, I finally beat my level. Moved on to next level, had to delete and reconnect again, I come back on as in the past, only to find I'm back at the level I just beat! It won't let me advance to where i was. Very frustrated! It took me weeks to beat this level....now ALL OVER AGAIN! Ugh!
I updated the game to the most current version and now it won't load on my iPhone 5. I'm afraid if I uninstall, my progress will be lost. Any ideas?

Hello, so for starters I play on my android powered phone and I have a problem, I just want to know if there is anyway to fix it or what I should do, okay so for the past week whenever I try to send or ask for lives, train tickets or anything it brings me to the page that it normally does to select friends or distribute lives etc, only instead of showing my friends it says "an error has occured please try again later" like I said its been a week and I try like every 20 mins, its not my internet connection because I've tried the wifi at my house, work etc an does the same thing. Is there anything I can do? Should I try deleting the game and reinstalling it or what if anything can I do.
hi! i just finished level 410 and i am having a hard time requesting for a ticket. i dont know if it is just like that because i finished the polkapalooza episode or anything but this is the first time i encountered it. is there a tip or anything i need to do to progress to level 411?

I have cleared everything on level 50 several times and it keeps giving me level 50 again. Why is this doing this? I have had the same problem with some of the other levels and it eventually lets me go to the next level.

But now I am locked at level 410 at my I pads and can't get to 411, but on my pc I am on level 412, I have tried to unlog but my candy crush and my facebook at the I pad but it doen's help. I am on level 97 and it ends the game ater only making 10- 15 moves. I dont have any saved lives stockpiled and it is very frustrating! I love playing the game and am disheartened that this is happening to me. I am playing through facebook on my android phone. also play pet rescue and havent had any problems on that one. I am on level 147 using my Iphone mobile device. The game begins to load, but when it opens to start level 147, it completely closes out. I have checked my general settings and it shows my software is up to date, even though I have not received SOI 7 update for IPhone yet. What is going on with Candy Crush?
